Service Options
YoYo has prepared the A, B, C, of planned maintenance to provide our customers with the level of service that they require.
1. YoYo-assist Service Plan A
Service Plan A is projected for the less busy practice, where the equipment is not running so many cycles and provides for one service visit within a 12 month period. Breakdowns are covered by the Breakdown Red Alert programme.
2. YoYo-assist Service Plan B
Service Plan B is aimed at the busier or multi chair practices, where the equipment is running a lot of cycles. This provides for two service visits within 12 months, this preventative maintenance package is designed to ensure that frequently used equipment are maintained to the highest standards ensuring that unplanned down time is kept to a minimum. Breakdowns are covered by the Breakdown Red Alert Programme.
3. YoYo-assist Service Plan C
Service Plan C gives a peace of mind solution and a fixed cost option for any breakdowns during the 12 month period. The plan is aimed at busy practices where the equipment is mission critical and provides for two service visits and all breakdowns including any costs of labour and parts.
YoYo-assist Gold Cover
Gold Cover is a fixed cost maintenance programme defined by the individual customer requirement. A customer specific proposal that combines any or all of the maintenance elements, a package that can include all associated costs including cost of spares and callout cover. A combination of service specifically designed with the customer’s needs in mind, one fixed invoice, payable quarterly or annually. Speak to your account Director who will design this proposal with you.
YoYo-assist Platinum Cover
Platinum Cover, this fixed cost package provides a complete peace of mind Testing and Validation service that fully complies with the hospital standards, HTM2010/EN285 and HTM2030/EN15883 and includes four quarterly and one annual validation test, carried out by authorised engineers providing full HTM standard reports.
Breakdown RED ALERT - Callout
With a national network of engineers, YoYo-assist provides a fully comprehensive Mon-Fri callout service for faults.
Red Alert provides an emergency Callout Service and includes three hours on site labour, parts are charged separately and in the unlikely event that the fault cannot be rectified in this time any extra labour is charged at £80 per hour. YoYo guarantees that best endeavours will be made to ensure an engineer will attend site within 48hrs of a fault being reported to the service coordinator (excluding weekends and holiday periods). These service levels can be increased where equipment is mission critical and the customer requires faster response times. Any customer that has any maintenance contract with YoYo will be offered a free loan machine (if required and when available), normally charged at £40/day.
Pressure Systems Safety Test 2001/128
This test is often requested by insurance providers and provides a safety check on the pressure vessel of the autoclave. YoYo provides a written scheme of examination with each test carried out.
