1. YoYo-assist Standard Warranty
The Standard Warranty for all new YoYo products covers a 12-month period.
Under the YoYo-Assist Standard Warranty, YoYo agrees to repair or replace faulty equipment within 12 months of installing the equipment (or 2 months after delivery if installation has not taken place) providing the equipment has been maintained correctly during this period.
2. YoYo-assist Warranty Plus
The Warranty Plus option programme provides the benefits of the Standard Warranty programme and includes one (reduced cost) service visit (Labour only) within the initial 12-month period.
