YoYo Dental provides various levels of training that meet our customer needs, all YoYo training courses are customised to fulfill our customer requirements. All training is certificated to attract CPD points where available. As part of our commitment to Total Quality YoYo is also able to audit and assess your current decontamination processes and provide professional advice to ensure your practice remains compliant.
Fully Compliant (to HTM01-05) Infection Control Policy Provision
YoYo Dental is able to work with your practice to produce a fully compliant Infection Control Policy. The latest compliant document produced by YoYo has a minimum of 27 paragraphs of items to be addressed. Such a complex issue requires a professional approach, why not outsource these issues to YoYo, we guarantee compliancy with any PCT inspection to current guidelines and standards. We provide the expertise and the options available, you make the decisions, ensuring that you remain in control and of course we GUARANTEE COMPLIANCY.
HTM01-05 (combining En15883 & En13060)
There is a lot of confusion regarding the regulations involved with Infection Control, Decontamination and with benchtop autoclaves and washer disinfectors and reprocessing of dental instruments. The staff at YoYo have been working within these regulations for many years in both the hospital and the PCT environments and we are able to provide advice and bespoke courses to ensure that your practice is meeting its legal requirements. YoYo will train your staff to be compliant to all current guidance and standards.
Bench top autoclaves (various) and Washer Disinfector (various)
User Training - This training is designed to allow the operators the confidence to use their YoYo machine to its fullest capacity, it incorporates many aspects from general use to cleaning and periodic user maintenance as well as an introduction to the regulatory requirements for the use of the decontamination equipment. Typically this is certificated to provide 2 hours CPD.
Engineer Training - This training gives a wider knowledge base, and is designed for on site maintenance personnel, specifics of this training are tailor made to suit the requirements of the individuals. This training will usually include an operational description of the machine, guidance on the use of all aspects of the equipment, a unique servicing schedule that will suit the operational needs of the YoYo machine, a comprehensive list of spare parts/consumables that should be kept for the machine and guidance of maintenance that should be carried out by on site technicians.
